$200 / Month 1:1 Coaching

Custom Plans **For select athletes we’ll also write a one time plan and they can tap into coaching sessions as much as they prefer. Pricing is on a case by case basis.

Communication Philosophy:

We believe in full and open communication with our athletes. At Endurance Mentors there are no barriers, quotas, or limits to communication with your coach. As an athlete, you can count on routine communication via training peaks, text, email, Zoom sessions, and telephone calls.

Your first session is always free of charge! You need to feel comfortable with your coach if you’re going to succeed. We consider our first interaction with you an interview. If you feel Endurance Mentors isn’t a good fit then no hard feelings and we’ll hope our paths cross in the future!

Swim

Swim Philosophy

Low impact and high aerobic benefit. Once you have your technique down you can swim as much as you want. You’ll be tired without much overall fatigue.

Bike

Bike Philosophy

Becoming a better cyclist is about time in the saddle! We take a volume approach to cycling but do recommend spreading out the big sessions to avoid injury.

Run

Run Philosophy

Increasing run volume and speed needs to be a gradual process to avoid injury and excess fatigue. There’s simply no way around it. Running is tough on the body and needs to be approached methodically.

What if I’m following a prescribed plan?

Plans are excellent to keep you on track, but in reality life gets in the way! Use Endurance Mentors to guide you back on track to reach your planned goals.

Can’t I just train on my own?

Yes, of course, but getting guidance can make a big difference when it comes to avoiding injury and burnout.

Why don’t I seek out traditional subscription model?

Subscription based models are excellent and we recommend it to anyone who has the means. Utilize Endurance Mentors to save some money while getting solid advice at a price point and commitment level that works for you.

I’m only available during non-working hours?

No problem. We get it. Juggling work, family, and your fitness goals is no joke. We’ll work around your schedule.

Will this make training easier?

Nope. There’s no way around it. Training it challenging. Our goal is to set you up for success so that you’ll be excited and have enough energy to train consistently.
